“Weekdays are for school and Saturday’s for having fun. But Sunday is the Lord’s Day. Sunday is for God.” A boy longs to play in the river on this hot summer day, but instead he has to sit quietly in a pew. His collar itches and his tie’s too tight—why does the Lord care whether people get dressed up for church, anyway? But as hymns and prayers fill the room, he begins to appreciate the simple beauty of a day set aside for family and prayer. At the end of the service, he explains a prayer to his little sister by whispering, “The Lord will take care of us no matter what. Like Momma and Daddy”—a deeply comforting message for young readers.

The "Saturday or Sunday" question has been one of Christendom's most contested issues, sparking great controversy and terrible violence through the centuries. Theologians and ministers of every background have offered their opinion regarding the Christian Sabbath, with the assumption that traditional, orthodox Christianity is the place to begin the discussion. This book clearly explains which day should be observed-straight from the pages of the Bible!-breaking through every false assumption: the premise that the weekly cycle has been lost; that the Sabbath command is only part of the law of Moses; that the Catholic Church has authority to "change times"; that Sunday is the "Lord's Day"; and that keeping the Sabbath is a burden. After proving the Sabbath's validity, there still remains a host of related questions pertaining to how to correctly observe the seventh day. Since it is God who established the Sabbath, we must look in His Word for guidelines revealing how to keep it in a way pleasing to Him. Also, you will learn the simple-to-understand-and easily verifiable-explanation of the "mark of the beast," and how it relates to the day you choose to worship the Creator God. "Saturday or Sunday - Which is the Sabbath?" is the strongest book ever written proving which day is the true Sabbath, why and how we must keep it today, and how it is directly connected to the very purpose of your existence!

The discussion rages as continuously many seek to re-establish Saturday as the day of worship. The contention is that the day has been changed by post Apostolic "detractors" who, in keeping with Gods warning in Daniel 7:25 that days and laws would be changed, have changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. The day has not been changed and worshipping on Sunday is not a fulfilment of that warning in Daniel 7. It is not necessary to keep the Sabbath to be saved; neither is worshipping on Sunday a sign of worshiping the beast. The Old Testament is a foreshadowing of what was fulfilled in the New. Every move of God had a specific purpose and some have fulfilled their purpose. Sunday was one of those Symbols. The Scriptures and the writings of the Apostolic Fathers clearly show that while Saturday was the Sabbath day of Rest that the early Christians worshipped on Sunday. Is the mark of the Beast simply symbolic or is it a literal visible identifying mark worn on the body as indicated in the Scriptures? Would the Church be exposed to the times of the Antichrist or would it have been raptured already? Sunday Worship leads us from the Old Testament type to the New Testament reality. As King Solomon once said, "...there is nothing new under the sun..." Worshiping on Sunday is not a new phenomenon but is deeply rooted in the Old Testament. God even forbids worshiping on Saturday as "the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the free woman. See for yourself.
