Von dem Denken weg zu wollen, um so Freiheit vom Denken zu erhalten und dadurch den gegenwärtigen Moment zu erleben, macht auch keinen Sinn. Dann schon lieber das Denken für unsere Zwecke benutzen und mit ihm eine Brücke in den gegenwärtigen Moment bauen. Wie dies möglich ist, verrate ich Ihnen in diesem kleinen Buch. Einfach und Direkt. Kurz und bündig. Denn es ist nicht nötig unbedingt "viel" über das Thema Meditation zu wissen, um Gedankenstille und somit Meditation zu erleben. Im Gegenteil, weniger ist in diesem Falle mehr ... und so habe ich in diesem Buch nur 'die' Eckpfeiler aufgeführt, die ausreichen, um Gedankenstille ohne Umschweife zu erfahren.
